Hukuk Dairesi, kira uyarlanmas\u0131 talepli bir davay\u0131 kabul etti ve gerek\u00e7esinde emsal olabilecek tespitlere yer verdi.<\/span><br><span class=\"large\"><\/span><br><span class=\"large\"> \u201cDavac\u0131\/kirac\u0131 pandemi s\u00fcrecinde i\u015f hacminde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f oldu\u011funu belirterek ve pandemi s\u00fcresince ge\u00e7erli olmak \u00fczere kiran\u0131n uyarlanmas\u0131n\u0131 talep etmi\u015f ve bu d\u00f6nem boyunca ayl\u0131k kira paras\u0131n\u0131n 11.500,00 TL olarak \u00f6denmesi i\u00e7in ihtiyati tedbir talep etmi\u015ftir. Yeni koronavir\u00fcs (Covid-19) salg\u0131n\u0131 Mart 2020\u2019den itibaren \u00fclkemizde g\u00f6r\u00fclmeye ba\u015flanm\u0131\u015f ve bu kapsamda hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n yay\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n kontrol alt\u0131na al\u0131nmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla \u00e7e\u015fitli tedbirlere ba\u015fvurulmu\u015ftur.<\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\">Bu tedbirler kapsam\u0131nda olmak \u00fczere zaman zaman ve ihtiya\u00e7 durumuna g\u00f6re soka\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kma yasa\u011f\u0131 uygulanmas\u0131, i\u015f yerlerinin kapat\u0131lmas\u0131 veya esnek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, evden \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma gibi de\u011fi\u015fkenlik g\u00f6steren tedbirler uygulanm\u0131\u015f olup, salg\u0131n\u0131n etkilerinin ve yetkili kurumlarca al\u0131nan tedbirlerin halen devam etti\u011fi bilinmektedir.
