Kapsay\u0131c\u0131 kurumlar; adaleti daha etkin ve h\u0131zl\u0131 bi\u00e7imde tesis ediyor, vatanda\u015flara ve \u015firketlere \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclebilirlik sa\u011fl\u0131yor, toplumda g\u00fcven duygusunu besliyor, liyakat\u0131 \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131yor ve en nihayetinde \u00fclke kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131 daha verimli alanlara y\u00f6nlendiriyor. Ekonomik kurumlar, daha sonra ekonomik performans\u0131 ve iktisadi kaynaklar\u0131n da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 etkileyerek siyasi kurumlar\u0131 da \u015fekillendirebiliyor.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style='margin-top:0cm;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;margin-left:0cm;line-height:normal;font-size:15px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'><span style='font-size:16px;font-family:\"Helvetica\",sans-serif;'>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style='margin-top:0cm;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;margin-left:0cm;line-height:normal;font-size:15px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'><span style='font-size:16px;font-family:\"Helvetica\",sans-serif;'>Acemo\u011flu, Johnson ve Robinson\u2019un \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131, \u201cEkonomik geli\u015fmeyi yakalamak i\u00e7in Bat\u0131 tarz\u0131 kurumsal yap\u0131lara sahip olman\u0131z gerekir\u201d gibi yorumlan\u0131yor. Ama sat\u0131r aralar\u0131nda yapt\u0131klar\u0131 yorumlar ve bu \u00fc\u00e7l\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 referans vererek yap\u0131lan analizler, Bat\u0131 tarz\u0131 kurumlar\u0131 \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131yor.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style='margin-top:0cm;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;margin-left:0cm;line-height:normal;font-size:15px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'><span style='font-size:16px;font-family:\"Helvetica\",sans-serif;'>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style='margin-top:0cm;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;margin-left:0cm;line-height:normal;font-size:15px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'><span style='font-size:16px;font-family:\"Helvetica\",sans-serif;'>Kapitalizm ve Sanayi Devrimi \u00f6ncesi refah ve bilim alanlar\u0131nda ilerleme kaydetmi\u015f Do\u011fu medeniyetlerinin zaman\u0131nda kurmu\u015f olduklar\u0131 ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 kurumsal yap\u0131 \u00f6rnekleri ise b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda g\u00f6z ard\u0131 ediliyor. Vard\u0131klar\u0131 seviye yine bir\u00e7ok \u00fclkeye k\u0131yasla daha kapsay\u0131c\u0131 olabilir ama anlat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 kadar da m\u00fckemmel bir demokrasi seviyesi olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da g\u00f6rmek laz\u0131m. Kendi kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n kapsay\u0131c\u0131 olmas\u0131yla \u00f6v\u00fcnen Bat\u0131l\u0131 \u00fclkelerin konu Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler oldu\u011funda neden d\u0131\u015flay\u0131c\u0131 olduklar\u0131 ise b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u00e7eli\u015fki. Kapsay\u0131c\u0131 kurumlar; adaleti daha etkin ve h\u0131zl\u0131 bi\u00e7imde tesis ediyor, vatanda\u015flara ve \u015firketlere \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclebilirlik sa\u011fl\u0131yor, toplumda g\u00fcven duygusunu besliyor, liyakat\u0131 \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131yor ve en nihayetinde \u00fclke kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131 daha verimli alanlara y\u00f6nlendiriyor. Bunu yaparken kurumsal ve ekonomik geli\u015fmenin zaman alan, me\u015fakkatli s\u00fcre\u00e7ler oldu\u011funun fark\u0131nda olmak laz\u0131m. Bir anda ideale yak\u0131n noktalara gelmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fil. Kalk\u0131nma merdiveninin her basama\u011f\u0131nda ihtiya\u00e7 duydu\u011funuz kurumsal reformlar farkl\u0131 oluyor.
