Bu ama\u00e7la i\u015fyerlerine y\u00f6nelik te\u015fvik ve desteklerin yeniden g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irilerek uzat\u0131lmas\u0131, faydalanma ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131n kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve desteklerin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 sa\u011flan\u0131yor. Bu destek ve te\u015fvikler, \u0130\u015fsizlik Sigortas\u0131 Fonu veya Hazine\u2019den kar\u015f\u0131lan\u0131yor. \u0130stihdam te\u015fviklerinin bir\u00e7ok amac\u0131 bulunuyor. \u00d6zellikle kay\u0131tl\u0131 istihdam\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve i\u015fsizli\u011fin \u00f6nlenmesi ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere b\u00f6lgesel, b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli ve stratejik yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n \u00f6zendirilmesi, engelli, kad\u0131n ve gen\u00e7lerin istihdam\u0131n\u0131n kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gibi fonksiyonlar \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. S\u00f6z konusu te\u015fviklerden, i\u015fverenler i\u00e7in son derece cazip olan kad\u0131n ve gen\u00e7 i\u015f\u00e7i istihdam\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6ren te\u015fvikten faydalanma s\u00fcresi, 2023 y\u0131l\u0131 sonunda bitti. Hal b\u00f6yle olunca \u00e7ok say\u0131da okurumuz bu te\u015fvikin s\u00fcresinin uzat\u0131l\u0131p uzat\u0131lmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 merak ediyor. Konuyu daha \u00f6nceki yaz\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131zda g\u00fcndeme getirmi\u015f ve Orta Vadeli Program ile 2024-2028 d\u00f6nemine ili\u015fkin 12. Kalk\u0131nma Plan\u0131\u2019nda \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen hedefler gere\u011fince an\u0131lan te\u015fvikin s\u00fcresinin uzat\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtmi\u015ftik. Nitekim mezkur Torba Kanun ile ilave istihdam\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131 ve \u00f6zel politika gerektiren kad\u0131n, gen\u00e7 ve mesleki yeterlilik belgesi sahibi olan i\u015fsizlerin istihdam\u0131n\u0131n desteklenmesi amac\u0131yla 2011 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana uygulanan ve y\u00fczde 55\u2019i kad\u0131n olmak \u00fczere y\u0131ll\u0131k ortalama 650 bin ki\u015finin yararland\u0131\u011f\u0131 te\u015fvik uygulamas\u0131na 31 Aral\u0131k 2025 tarihine kadar devam edilmesi ve uygulaman\u0131n 31 Aral\u0131k 2026 tarihine kadar uzat\u0131labilmesi i\u00e7in Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131na yetki verilmesi h\u00fckme ba\u011fland\u0131. Belirtilen Torba Kanun ile 2024 y\u0131l\u0131 ocak ila aral\u0131k aylar\u0131nda da istihdam\u0131 desteklemek i\u00e7in i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc maliyetlerini azaltmak \u00fczere i\u015fverenlere, finansman\u0131 \u0130\u015fsizlik Sigortas\u0131 Fonu\u2019ndan kar\u015f\u0131lanacak \u015fekilde ayl\u0131k 700 TL asgari \u00fccret deste\u011fi sa\u011flanmas\u0131 ama\u00e7lan\u0131yor. (4\/1-a) \u00a0kapsam\u0131nda haklar\u0131nda uzun vadeli sigorta kollar\u0131 h\u00fck\u00fcmleri uygulanan sigortal\u0131lar\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131ran \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r i\u015fyeri i\u015fverenleri, sekt\u00f6r ayr\u0131m\u0131 olmaks\u0131z\u0131n yasada \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen \u015fartlarla yararlanabilecek. Ulusal \u0130stihdam Stratejisi\u2019nde de; \u201c\u0130\u015fsizlik sigortas\u0131, daha fazla sosyal koruma sa\u011flayacak \u015fekilde yeniden d\u00fczenlenecektir\u201d politikas\u0131 yer buldu. S\u00f6z konusu te\u015fviklerden, i\u015fverenler i\u00e7in son derece cazip olan kad\u0131n ve gen\u00e7 i\u015f\u00e7i istihdam\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6ren te\u015fvikten faydalanma s\u00fcresi, 2023 y\u0131l\u0131 sonunda bitti. Hal b\u00f6yle olunca \u00e7ok say\u0131da okurumuz bu te\u015fvikin s\u00fcresinin uzat\u0131l\u0131p uzat\u0131lmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 merak ediyor. Konuyu daha \u00f6nceki yaz\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131zda g\u00fcndeme getirmi\u015f ve Orta Vadeli Program ile 2024-2028 d\u00f6nemine ili\u015fkin 12. Nitekim mezkur Torba Kanun ile ilave istihdam\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131 ve \u00f6zel politika gerektiren kad\u0131n, gen\u00e7 ve mesleki yeterlilik belgesi sahibi olan i\u015fsizlerin istihdam\u0131n\u0131n desteklenmesi amac\u0131yla 2011 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana uygulanan ve y\u00fczde 55\u2019i kad\u0131n olmak \u00fczere y\u0131ll\u0131k ortalama 650 bin ki\u015finin yararland\u0131\u011f\u0131 te\u015fvik uygulamas\u0131na 31 Aral\u0131k 2025 tarihine kadar devam edilmesi ve uygulaman\u0131n 31 Aral\u0131k 2026 tarihine kadar uzat\u0131labilmesi i\u00e7in Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131na yetki verilmesi h\u00fckme ba\u011fland\u0131. Belirtilen Torba Kanun ile 2024 y\u0131l\u0131 ocak ila aral\u0131k aylar\u0131nda da istihdam\u0131 desteklemek i\u00e7in i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc maliyetlerini azaltmak \u00fczere i\u015fverenlere, finansman\u0131 \u0130\u015fsizlik Sigortas\u0131 Fonu\u2019ndan kar\u015f\u0131lanacak \u015fekilde ayl\u0131k 700 TL asgari \u00fccret deste\u011fi sa\u011flanmas\u0131 ama\u00e7lan\u0131yor. (4\/1-a) \u00a0kapsam\u0131nda haklar\u0131nda uzun vadeli sigorta kollar\u0131 h\u00fck\u00fcmleri uygulanan sigortal\u0131lar\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131ran \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r i\u015fyeri i\u015fverenleri, sekt\u00f6r ayr\u0131m\u0131 olmaks\u0131z\u0131n yasada \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen \u015fartlarla yararlanabilecek.
