Protokolde, te\u015fviklerin etki analizinin iki k\u0131s\u0131m halinde yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 planlanm\u0131\u015f olup ilk k\u0131sma y\u00f6nelik rapor, D\u00fcnya Bankas\u0131nca taraflara iletildi. \u0130kinci k\u0131sm\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 i\u00e7in gerekli olan veri, \u0130\u015eKUR ile SGK aras\u0131ndaki protokol gere\u011fi \u0130\u015eKUR\u2019a iletildi.
