Bu ama\u00e7la tedarik kaynaklar\u0131 \u00e7e\u015fitlendiriliyor. T\u00fcrkiye, bu e\u011filimle \u00f6zellikle 2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda y\u00fcksek bir ilave tedarik talebi ile kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131. Buna ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak bir\u00e7ok sekt\u00f6rde ilave kapasite ihtiyac\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. 2021\u2019de sekt\u00f6rler bu ihtiyac\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamak i\u00e7in kapasite yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131na y\u00f6neldi.<\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\"><strong>1. \u0130lave tedarik talebi imalat sanayine geliyor, di\u011fer sekt\u00f6rler de dolayl\u0131 yararlan\u0131yor<\/strong><\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\">K\u00fcresel tedarik zincirlerindeki yeniden yap\u0131lanma ile ilave tedarik talebi imalat sanayine geliyor. Bu nedenle imalat sanayi, ilave kapasite ihtiyac\u0131 duyuyor. Ancak imalat sanayine y\u00f6nelik ilave tedarik talebi, ihracat\u00e7\u0131 imalat sanayi sekt\u00f6rleri ve firmalar\u0131 ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ba\u015fta girdi sa\u011flayanlar, ta\u015f\u0131mac\u0131l\u0131k-lojistik-depolama-sigortac\u0131l\u0131k-finansman gibi her t\u00fcrl\u00fc di\u011fer sekt\u00f6r\u00fc de olumlu etkiliyor. Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede imalat sanayindeki kapasite art\u0131\u015flar\u0131na ve tedarikteki b\u00fcy\u00fcmeye ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak di\u011fer sekt\u00f6rlerin de i\u015f hacmi geni\u015fliyor ve onlar da yeni kapasite ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 ile kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kal\u0131yorlar.<\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\"><strong>2. \u0130malat sanayi, yeni yat\u0131r\u0131mlar i\u00e7in bir s\u00fcre temkinli davrand\u0131<\/strong><\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\">K\u00fcresel tedarik zincirlerindeki de\u011fi\u015fimle \u00f6zellikle 2021\u2019de ilave tedarik talebi ile kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fan imalat sanayi, ilk a\u015famada mevcut kapasiteleri kulland\u0131 ve kapasiteler \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde doldu. \u0130malat sanayi, ilave tedarik talebinin kal\u0131c\u0131 olup olmayaca\u011f\u0131 konusunda bir s\u00fcre bekle-g\u00f6r d\u00f6nemine girdi. Bu te\u015fvik belgelerindeki yat\u0131r\u0131m tutar\u0131 185.16 milyar TL\u2019dir. \u0130malat sanayi 2019\u2019da 3.436 adet, 2020\u2019de ise 7.233 adet yat\u0131r\u0131m te\u015fvik belgesi ald\u0131. 2020\u2019de pandemi sonras\u0131 sunulan destek ama\u00e7l\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131m kredilerinden yararlanmak i\u00e7in yat\u0131r\u0131mlar artt\u0131. 2021\u2019de ise yat\u0131r\u0131mlar b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde ilave tedarik talebi ile ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan kapasite ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamak i\u00e7in al\u0131nd\u0131.<\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\"><strong>4. \u0130malat sanayinde yat\u0131r\u0131mlar ile yeni kapasiteler olu\u015fturulacak<\/strong><\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\">2021\u2019de imalat sanayinde al\u0131nan yat\u0131r\u0131m te\u015fvik belgelerinin 4.761 adedi komple yeni yat\u0131r\u0131m, 4.094 adedi de tevsii yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7indir. 595 adet yat\u0131r\u0131m ise \u00fcr\u00fcn \u00e7e\u015fitlendirme ve modernizasyon gibi ama\u00e7larlad\u0131r. Komple yeni yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n tutar\u0131 105.58 milyar TL, tevsii yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n tutar\u0131 ise 64.58 milyar TL\u2019dir. 2021\u2019de imalat sanayi, kapasite art\u0131\u015f\u0131na y\u00f6nelik olarak \u00f6nemli bir yat\u0131r\u0131m hamlesine giri\u015fti.<\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\"><strong>5.
