Ancak genel tebli\u011fde bir husus daha belirtiliyor; deniliyor ki, binek otomobillerin kanunda belirtilen s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 a\u015fan tutar\u0131na tekab\u00fcl eden amortisman k\u0131sm\u0131 gider olarak dikkate al\u0131nmayacak. B\u00f6yle olunca ortaya ek bir dengesizlik \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. G\u00fcncel rakam ile s\u00f6yleyecek olursak; 2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda binek otomobil i\u00e7in \u00fczerinden amortisman ayr\u0131labilecek tutar 1.5 milyon TL olarak belirtilmi\u015ftir. Binek otomobil enflasyon de\u011ferlemesi ile al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u0131ldan itibaren de\u011ferlemeye tabi tutularak \u00e7ok daha y\u00fcksek rakamlara ula\u015fabilecek. Birikmi\u015f amortisman k\u0131sm\u0131 de\u011ferlendirirken yasal s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 a\u015fan k\u0131sm\u0131n kanunen kabul edilmeyen gider yaz\u0131lmas\u0131 ortaya ekstra bir vergi matrah\u0131 \u00e7\u0131karacak.
