Makro istikrar\u0131 yeniden tesis etmek i\u00e7in yeni reformlar ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz oldu.<\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\">\u0130kinci neden, 2008\u2019deki finans krizinden bu yana s\u00fcregelen ve koronavir\u00fcs salg\u0131n\u0131 sonras\u0131nda daha da h\u0131zlanan k\u00fcresel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmle ilgili. \u00dcretim zincirleri, teknolojik altyap\u0131, uluslararas\u0131 ticaret ve sermaye hareketleri ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere ekonominin ana de\u011fi\u015fkenleri bu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn birer par\u00e7alar\u0131 olarak yeniden \u015fekilleniyor.<\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\">T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin bu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmde savrulmamas\u0131, tam aksine k\u00fcresel ekonomiden ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 pay\u0131 art\u0131rmas\u0131 i\u00e7in baz\u0131 yap\u0131sal de\u011fi\u015fimlerden ge\u00e7mesi gerekiyor. <\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\"><strong>REFORM PAKET\u0130NDEN POL\u0130T\u0130KA BA\u015eLIKLARI<\/strong><\/span><\/p>  <p><span class=\"large\">Reform paketinin i\u00e7erisinde dijital tar\u0131m pazar\u0131 ve g\u0131da bankac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi ilk defa kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z reform ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131 da var, Hal Yasas\u0131 gibi bir s\u00fcredir g\u00fcndemde olup da hen\u00fcz hayata ge\u00e7irilememi\u015f maddeler de mevcut. Sanayide ye\u015fil d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn desteklenmesi ve ye\u015fil tahvil\/sukuk ihra\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n te\u015fvik edilmesi gibi uzun vadede s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir kalk\u0131nma yolunda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye b\u00fcy\u00fck art\u0131lar kazand\u0131rabilecek maddeler dikkat \u00e7ekiyor.
