Dil konusunu k\u00fclt\u00fcr gibi derin rolleri olan husustan ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z, sadece bir ileti\u015fim arac\u0131 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcrseniz olaca\u011f\u0131 budur. Onlar da \u00e7ok derdinde de\u011fil zaten. S\u00f6z da\u011farc\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131rlayanlar d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme g\u00fcc\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc tehdit etmi\u015fler, bilme ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme kapasitemizin geli\u015fmesini hi\u00e7 istememi\u015fler. Yunus Emre\u2019nin dildeki sadeli\u011fi ve derinli\u011fi \u00fczerinde ciddi olarak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmek gerekir. B\u00fcy\u00fck m\u00fctefekkirlerimizin dili kullanmadaki maharetleri onlar\u0131n konulara olan vuk\u00fbfiyetini de beraberinde getirdi. Bu konuda kalem oynatacak de\u011filiz. Bunun olabilmesi i\u00e7in devletin merkez te\u015fkilat\u0131, d\u0131\u015f misyon kurulu\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z, yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131 STK\u2019lar\u0131m\u0131z, D\u0131\u015fi\u015fleri Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n koordinesinde g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir i\u015fbirli\u011fi ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 gerekir.<\/span><br> <br><span class=\"large\"> Bir \u00f6rnek olarak; Milli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve Maarif Vakf\u0131 i\u015fbirli\u011fi ile T\u00fcrk\u00e7e\u2019nin yabanc\u0131 dil \u2018M\u00fcfredat Geli\u015ftirme Komisyonu\u2019 kuruldu, 13 farkl\u0131 \u00fcniversiteden 30 akademisyenin kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 ile \u2018Yabanc\u0131 Dil Olarak T\u00fcrk\u00e7e \u00d6\u011fretimi Program\u0131\u2019 yay\u0131mland\u0131. Bu program, yurt i\u00e7i ve yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda T\u00fcrk\u00e7e\u2019nin yabanc\u0131 dil olarak \u00f6\u011fretildi\u011fi \u00f6rg\u00fcn ve yayg\u0131n e\u011fitim kurumlar\u0131nda, materyal haz\u0131rlama s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde, T\u00fcrk\u00e7e dil becerilerinin \u00f6l\u00e7me ve de\u011ferlendirmesine y\u00f6nelik yap\u0131lan s\u0131navlarda ulusal ve uluslararas\u0131 standartlar\u0131 sa\u011flamak amac\u0131yla haz\u0131rland\u0131. Maarif Vakf\u0131 ile yap\u0131lan bu i\u015fbirli\u011fi vakf\u0131n d\u00fcnya \u00fczerindeki yayg\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclecek olursa b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor. Bununla birlikte 14 \u00fclkede Milli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak faaliyet g\u00f6steren 65 okul ve kurum T\u00fcrk\u00e7e\u2019nin ve T\u00fcrk k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00f6\u011fretilmesi hususunda faaliyet g\u00f6steriyor. Bu program, yurt i\u00e7i ve yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda T\u00fcrk\u00e7e\u2019nin yabanc\u0131 dil olarak \u00f6\u011fretildi\u011fi \u00f6rg\u00fcn ve yayg\u0131n e\u011fitim kurumlar\u0131nda, materyal haz\u0131rlama s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde, T\u00fcrk\u00e7e dil becerilerinin \u00f6l\u00e7me ve de\u011ferlendirmesine y\u00f6nelik yap\u0131lan s\u0131navlarda ulusal ve uluslararas\u0131 standartlar\u0131 sa\u011flamak amac\u0131yla haz\u0131rland\u0131. Maarif Vakf\u0131 ile yap\u0131lan bu i\u015fbirli\u011fi vakf\u0131n d\u00fcnya \u00fczerindeki yayg\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclecek olursa b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor. Bununla birlikte 14 \u00fclkede Milli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak faaliyet g\u00f6steren 65 okul ve kurum T\u00fcrk\u00e7e\u2019nin ve T\u00fcrk k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00f6\u011fretilmesi hususunda faaliyet g\u00f6steriyor. Ayr\u0131ca yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda y\u00fcksek\u00f6\u011fretim d\u00fczeyinde T\u00fcrk\u00e7e \u00f6\u011fretimi \u00fcniversitelerde Bakanl\u0131k taraf\u0131ndan g\u00f6revlendirilen okutmanlar taraf\u0131ndan veriliyor.
