Pandemi d\u00f6neminden do\u011fal olarak olumsuz etkilenen sekt\u00f6r, sonras\u0131nda da firma baz\u0131nda kredi s\u0131n\u0131rlamas\u0131 uygulamas\u0131 ile kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131. 2020 A\u011fustos ay\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131klanan \u00dc\u00e7 K\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 \u00c7izgi d\u00fczenlemesiyle sekt\u00f6r firmalar\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flayabilecekleri finansman, bor\u00e7lar\/varl\u0131klar, bor\u00e7lar\/\u00f6z kaynak, nakit de\u011ferler\/ k\u0131sa vadeli bor\u00e7lar ile ilgili belirlenen \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fctleri kar\u015f\u0131lamalar\u0131na ba\u011flan\u0131yordu. Bu firmalar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011fu i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli finansman k\u0131s\u0131tlamas\u0131, bir\u00e7o\u011fu i\u00e7in de hi\u00e7 d\u0131\u015f finansman sa\u011flayamama anlam\u0131na geliyordu. Bunun ard\u0131ndan sekt\u00f6rde vadesi gelen bor\u00e7lar\u0131 \u00f6deyememe, proje \u00fczerinden sat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f in\u015faatlar\u0131 tamamlayamama olaylar\u0131 ba\u015flad\u0131.
