Buna g\u00f6re;\u00a0\u00e7al\u0131\u015fma izni talep edilen i\u015fyerinde en az 5 T.C. vatanda\u015f\u0131n\u0131n istihdam\u0131 zorunlu.<\/span><\/p><p style='margin-top:0cm;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;margin-left:0cm;line-height:normal;font-size:15px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'><span style='font-size:16px;font-family:\"Helvetica\",sans-serif;'>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style='margin-top:0cm;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;margin-left:0cm;line-height:normal;font-size:15px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'><span style='font-size:16px;font-family:\"Helvetica\",sans-serif;'>\u0130zin isteyen yabanc\u0131n\u0131n \u015firket orta\u011f\u0131 olmas\u0131 halinde 5 ki\u015filik istihdam \u015fart\u0131, \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ve Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan verilecek bir y\u0131ll\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma izninin son alt\u0131 ay\u0131 i\u00e7in aran\u0131yor. Ayn\u0131 i\u015fyerinde birden fazla yabanc\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma izni talebinde bulunulmas\u0131 durumunda, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma izni verilen ilk yabanc\u0131dan sonraki her bir yabanc\u0131 i\u00e7in ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 5 T.C. vatanda\u015f\u0131 istihdam\u0131 \u015fart\u0131 aran\u0131yor. Keza i\u015fveren taraf\u0131ndan yabanc\u0131ya \u00f6denece\u011fi beyan edilen ayl\u0131k \u00fccret miktar\u0131n\u0131n yabanc\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6rev ve yetkinli\u011fi ile ba\u011fda\u015f\u0131r seviyede olmas\u0131 elzem. Bu fillerin tekrar\u0131 halinde idari para cezalar\u0131 bir kat art\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yor. Di\u011fer yandan, beyan edilmesi gereken \u00fccretlerin alt\u0131nda SGK\u2019ya bildirimde bulunan i\u015fverenlere her ay i\u00e7in 2 asgari \u00fccret tutar\u0131nda Muhtasar Prim ve Hizmet Beyannamesi\u2019ne ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak idari para cezas\u0131 uygulan\u0131yor. Ayn\u0131 i\u015fyerinde birden fazla yabanc\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma izni talebinde bulunulmas\u0131 durumunda, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma izni verilen ilk yabanc\u0131dan sonraki her bir yabanc\u0131 i\u00e7in ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 5 T.C. vatanda\u015f\u0131 istihdam\u0131 \u015fart\u0131 aran\u0131yor.
